Mark joined Sigma in 2022 as an independent non-Executive Director and also chairs the Group’s Audit and Risk Committee. He provides counsel and advice to support the company as it transitions to an independent model of governance positioned for future growth.
Mark currently sits on the board of two other businesses in the healthcare sector – the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (focusing on quality in the NHS) and Aesop Arts and Society, an arts charity and social enterprise providing arts solutions to achieve positive social change in healthcare. He has also worked as Group Treasurer for BUPA and Finance Director for BUPA’s International PMI business as well as holding other international roles.
In his personal life Mark enjoys a variety of sports (as a spectator) and spending time with his family and his two large dogs.
