Krishna oversees Operations for the Sigma Group, which includes the assembly ‘pick, pack and dispatch’ and Bulk Pick operations across Sigma’s six warehouses. She has additional responsibility for Transport and Distribution, and Supply Chain from the receipt of goods to their onward dispatch, inventory and stock management for Sigma including customer returns. Health and Safety, Facilities and Security for the entire Sigma group also come under Krishna’s remit.
Krishna has worked at Sigma for 13 years across several departments including within customer service, Sales and Commercials and Business Intelligence, and she is a subject-matter expert for systems. Krishna recently acted as ERP Project Director for Sigma’s transition to a new ERP system.
Krishna regularly advocates for women in the workplace, giving advice and encouragement to her female co-workers and supporting their progression. She is an avid reader of the fantasy genre and a big fan of the Harry Potter stories.
