” I began my journey at Sigma in the Parallel Imports department, where my primary focus was to establish efficient systems and bring structure to the operation. After two years, I was promoted to Manager within the department, and last year, I transitioned into the role of Import & Export Warehouse Manager.
Throughout my time at Sigma, my role has continuously evolved, and the company has supported my professional growth with training opportunities whenever possible. I’m about to start a Level 5 Professional Certificate in Supply Chain and Operations Management and currently lead a team of 10 dedicated Sigma employees.”
