FAQs

  • Please adhere to the cut off times below to ensure your orders arrive when you need them:

    • Order by 7.30pm for next day delivery by a Sigma driver
    • Order by 11am on Sunday for Monday delivery by a Sigma driver
    • Order by 5.30pm for next day delivery by a courier

    Check your delivery carefully and ensure all boxes listed on the driver’s sheet are present before signing. Please report any discrepancies as soon as possible, and within 24 hours at the latest.

  • If your delivery has any errors or missing items, please report these to Customer Service on 0800 358 4427 as soon as possible, and within 24 hours at the latest. We will always aim to do as much as we can to assist you and to resolve any issues.

  • Sigma accepts goods ordered in error that meet these criteria:

    You informed Sigma Customer Services and received a unique Authorised Returns Number (ARN). You can do this via email cs@sigmaplc.com or WhatsApp 07392091163 or call 0800 358 4427
    You informed us within 48 hours of the invoice date. We will collect returns Monday-Friday.
    The product being returned is in perfect condition and has been stored in compliance with storage instructions (Conditions)/Product SPC
    The product is NOT a cold chain, Special (Licensed and Unlicensed medicines and Special Obtain products) or Schedule 2 and 3 Safe Custody controlled drug

    If products are not returned on the next collection day we will not be able to credit you unless pre-authorised by Sigma.

    If your orders are delivered by Sigma vans, please complete the return slip (ensure the ARN is clearly visible with the reason circled or typed), safely package the return and slip and return them with your driver.

    If your delivery is by courier, or you will not have a Sigma delivery within 48 hours, please call Sigma on 0800 358 4427 to discuss collection.
